return policies

Lymax will accept returns of new and unused items only. Any shirt which has been worn or washed will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Defective Items:

Defects include improperly sewn or cut items, severe discolorations, cut or damaged cloth, and gross printing errors which spoil the graphic design. Defects do not include minor variations in printing from one shirt to the next or minor variations in size or base shirt color.

Lymax will replace any defective t-shirt with a t-shirt of the same type and pattern, with Lymax paying for its shipping to the customer. If a suitable replacement is not available, Lymax, at its sole discretion, may offer the customer an alternate design or a full refund by company cheque.

The customer must call or e-mail the Lymax store to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must appear on any package containing return merchandise or the package(s) will be refused. The customer must make arrangements for return of the t-shirt within two weeks of its receipt. Any non-defective t-shirts must be returned with shipping prepaid. Packages sent freight collect will be refused.

All Other Returns:

In the case of return for any reason other than defect, the customer must call or e-mail the Lymax store to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must appear on any package containing return merchandise or the package(s) will be refused. The customer must make arrangements for return of merchandise within two weeks of its receipt. Any non-defective merchandise must be returned with shipping PREPAID. Packages sent freight collect will be refused. There will be a 25% restocking fee charged on all returned merchandise. This 25% fee will be calculated from the original selling price of the merchandise, exclusive of any shipping charges.
