Please note that on your order form the shipping may not be correct in regards to what is written here; however, we will make sure it is correct when we manually process your order.
return policies
Lymax will accept returns of new and saleable toys (with their packages in decent shape) only. Any toys which have been used and are unsaleable will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Defective Items:
Lymax will replace any defective toy with a toy of the same type, with Lymax paying for its shipping to the customer. If a suitable replacement is not available, Lymax, at its sole discretion, may offer the customer an alternate toy or a full refund by company cheque.
The customer must call or e-mail the Lymax store to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must appear on any package containing return merchandise or the package(s) will be refused. The customer must make arrangements for return of the toy within two weeks of its receipt. Any non-defective toy must be returned with shipping prepaid. Packages sent freight collect will be refused.
All Other Returns:
In the case of return for any reason other than defect, the customer must call or e-mail the Lymax store to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must appear on any package containing return merchandise or the package(s) will be refused. The customer must make arrangements for return of merchandise within two weeks of its receipt. Any non-defective merchandise must be returned with shipping PREPAID. Packages sent freight collect will be refused. There will be a 25% restocking fee charged on all returned merchandise. This 25% fee will be calculated from the original selling price of the merchandise, exclusive of any shipping charges.
